The Skio Dashboard is your central hub for monitoring subscription performance, tracking key metrics, and taking action on your program. It's designed for subscription managers, brand owners, and operations teams who need a real-time view of how their subscription business is performing.
Main navigation menu: The left sidebar contains the main menu you'll use to navigate through Skio. From here, you can access Analytics, Subscription Management, Customer Management, features, tools, Customer Portal, Settings, and more.
Homepage: When you log in to Skio, you'll land on the homepage, which highlights key performance metrics and Quick Actions for your subscription program.
What's on the homepage
When you log in, the homepage greets you with a personalized welcome message based on the time of day and the current date. Below the greeting, you'll see a snapshot of your subscription business performance, broken into three sections:
Your recent wins
This section highlights how Skio is driving your success over the past 30 days. It displays three KPI cards with mini trend charts:
Revenue recovered: Cumulative revenue recovered through payment recovery (dunning) over the past 30 days.
Subscriptions recovered: Number of subscriptions recovered from failed payments over the past 30 days.
Net growth: The third card shows your net subscription growth.
Each card includes a hover tooltip with the metric definition and a link icon to view the full breakdown in the relevant analytics dashboard.

New subscriptions this week
A stacked bar chart showing subscription gains over the past 7 days. The chart breaks down daily gains into:
New subscriptions (purple bars)
Other gains (gray bars): Includes resumed, exited paused, exited dunning, recovered, and reactivated subscriptions.
Hover over any bar to see the full daily breakdown.

Company milestones
A sidebar card showing three all-time business metrics:
Active Subscriptions: Current count of active subscription contracts.
Revenue: Total all-time subscription revenue.
Products Sold: Total quantity of products in active subscriptions.
Each milestone links directly to its related analytics dashboard, so you can dig deeper into the data behind the number.

What’s new in Skio
At the bottom of the homepage, you'll find highlights of the latest Skio features and product improvements.

Homepage not showing data?
If you've been live on Skio for fewer than 7 days, you'll see a message that says "Your homepage is almost ready!" instead of the metrics above. Once you've been live for 7 days with active subscribers, your graphs and insights will appear automatically.
