What is the Subscription Management tab?
The Subscription Management tab is your control center for all customer subscriptions in Skio. It displays subscriptions in either a card view or a table view, where you can:
View upcoming billing dates and order history
See which products are in each subscription
Access customer details and portal links
Make quick changes to subscriptions with actions like cancel, skip, pause, or merge subscriptions
This page helps you quickly resolve issues, edit subscriptions, and manage churn in one place.
Switch between card view and table view
You can view your subscriptions as detailed cards or as a table. Click See table view to switch to the table, and click See card view to switch back.
Card view: shows the full details of each subscription, including products, timeline, and customer info, along with action buttons like Pause, Cancel, and Skip. Use this view when you need to review or change a specific subscription.
Table view: lists subscriptions in rows so you can scan many at once. Each row shows the subscriber's name, email, phone number, subscription ID, status, frequency, next billing date, and shipping price. You can filter the table by Status and Next billing date, and click a subscription ID to open that subscription.
Both views include a search bar, so you can find a subscription by email, first or last name, or phone number either way.
Export subscription data
Click Export subscribers to open the Export Skio data page. This is the same page you'll find under Tools > Data Export, where you can export subscriptions, orders, or audit logs as a CSV or JSON file.
Click Export subscribers at the top of the Subscriptions page.

Choose an Export type, such as Subscriptions, Orders, or audit logs.
Set any filters you need, like specific products, active or inactive subscriptions, and date ranges.
Click the export button in the top right (for example, Export subscriptions).
For details on every export type and the fields each one includes, see the Data Exports Guide.

FAQ
Can customers skip or swap products on their own?
Only if those actions are enabled in your Portal Settings. You can adjust these settings under Customer Portal > Portal Settings or CPv3 Settings, depending on your version.
What happens if I override a product's price?
The override only affects that specific subscription going forward. It doesn't impact other customers or your product catalog.
What's the difference between Magic link and Portal link?
Magic link: lets you log into the customer portal as the customer (no password needed)
Portal link: the URL you can share with the customer so they can manage their subscription directly
Learn more about when to use the magic link or the portal link here.
What's the difference between merging and splitting subscriptions?
Merge: combines multiple subscriptions into a single subscription with one billing date
Split: separates products from one subscription into multiple subscriptions with different billing cycles
How do backup payment methods work?
Backup payment methods provide a fallback option when a primary Payment Method fails. You can add and manage these for customers to reduce failed charges and improve retention.
