Navigating the Skio Dashboard

The Skio Dashboard is your central hub for monitoring subscription performance, tracking key metrics, and taking action on your program. It's designed for subscription managers, brand owners, and operations teams who need a real-time view of how their subscription business is performing.

  1. Main navigation menu: The left sidebar contains the main menu you'll use to navigate through Skio. From here, you can access Analytics, Subscription Management, Customer Management, Features, Tools, Customer Portal, and Settings.

  2. Homepage: When you log in to Skio, you'll land on the homepage, which highlights key performance metrics and Quick Actions for your subscription program.

  3. Search: In the top right corner, you can search for features, help docs, and other resources. You can also open the search bar at any time by pressing CMD + K (Mac) or CTRL + K (Windows).

  4. Help widget: The chat widget in the bottom right corner lets you ask questions to our AI assistant or browse help documentation without leaving the dashboard.

What's on the homepage

The homepage is organized into four main sections that give you both high-level insights and quick access to common tasks.

Your recent wins

This section highlights three key performance metrics that show how Skio is driving value for your business. All three cards are powered by established analytics charts and use the same time period settings (default: monthly) to keep your data consistent across the dashboard. You can hover over any metric to see a description of what’s being calculated.  

Shortcuts

These buttons provide one-click access to the most common workflows in Skio:

  • Analytics Overview: Opens your main analytics dashboard

  • New subscription: Lets you manually create a subscription for a customer

  • New quick action: Takes you to the Quick Actions builder

  • Loyalty: Opens your Loyalty program settings

New subscriptions this week

This chart shows your new subscription acquisition over the past 7 days, giving you a quick visual of day-over-day performance. It tracks gained subscriptions and links to the full chart in your Analytics Overview for more detail

Company milestones

This section displays your top-line business metrics at a glance:

  • Active subscriptions: Total number of currently active subscriptions

  • Revenue: Total subscription revenue for the selected time period

Each milestone links directly to its related analytics dashboard, so you can dig deeper into the data behind the number.

Main navigation menu

  • Home: Returns you to the Skio homepage

  • Analytics: Access all analytics dashboards, including Overview, Products, Dunning, Cohort, Cancel Flow, Forecasting, and Segments

  • Subscription Management: Manage active subscriptions, view subscription details, and handle subscription operations

  • Customer Management: View and manage customer profiles, contact information, and subscription history

  • Features: Access product features and functionality settings

  • Loyalty: Configure and manage your Loyalty program settings and rewards

  • Tools: Access additional tools and utilities for managing your subscription program

  • Customer Portal: Configure your customer-facing subscription portal, including branding, features, and customer experience settings

  • Settings: Manage account settings, integrations, billing, and platform configuration

  • Account: Access account-level settings and user preferences

  • Optimize your program: View recommendations and action items to improve your subscription performance (badge shows number of pending optimizations)

  • Help center: Access Skio's help documentation and support resources

  • Store selector: Switch between connected Shopify stores (displays current store name and associated email)
