What is the Customer Portal Rewards page?
You can customize how Loyalty appears in the Customer Portal by going to Skio dashboard > Storefront > Customer Portal > Loyalty settings tab.
When you enable any Loyalty feature in Skio (Credits, Tiers, or Referrals), a Rewards page is automatically created inside your customer portal. Customers access it the same way they access their subscription management portal, through their account. No additional storefront setup is required.
The page adapts its layout dynamically based on exactly which Loyalty features you have enabled, showing only the sections that are relevant to each customer.

How do customers access the Customer Portal Rewards page?
Customers can access the Rewards page directly from within the Customer Portal once they are logged into their account. The exact navigation depends on which version of the Customer Portal your store is using.
Customer Portal v3
Customers can access the Rewards page in several places:
From the Subscription overview page by clicking the cashback banner
From the Subscription detail view by clicking the cashback banner arrow
By clicking View more rewards when redeeming credits for a specific product (if product redemption is configured)
Customer Portal v2
Customers can access the Rewards page by clicking Memberships at the top of the subscription detail view.
What is on the Customer Portal Rewards page?
The Customer Portal Rewards page is automatically generated and cannot be edited directly. To change what appears on the page, customize how Loyalty appears in the Customer Portal.
The Rewards page displays different sections depending on which Loyalty features are enabled in your store.
Credits
Section | Description |
|---|---|
Credit balance and redemption | Shows the customer's current credit balance with a slider to choose how many credits to redeem. A discount code is generated when credits are redeemed, and any expiration dates are displayed. |
Redeem products | Displays products that can be purchased with credits. If tiers are enabled, only products available to the customer's tier appear. |
Ways to earn | Lists available credit-earning actions such as account creation, purchases, birthdays, reviews, newsletter signup, SMS opt-in, and other configured actions. Each action shows whether it has been completed or is still available. |
The redemption options a customer sees depend on their subscription status. Active subscribers can redeem credits for a discount code or a qualifying product. Customers without an active subscription will only see the option to redeem for a discount code.
Tiers
Section | Description |
|---|---|
Tier status | Shows the customer's current tier and status at the top of the page. |
Tier progress | Displays all configured tiers with a progress indicator showing how close the customer is to reaching the next tier. Benefits and qualification conditions such as orders, lifetime value, or streaks are also listed. |
Referrals
Section | Description |
|---|---|
Referral link | Displays the customer's unique referral link with options to copy or share it, along with the reward offered for successful referrals. |
Referral progress | Shows how many friends have joined using the referral link and the rewards earned from those referrals. |
Referral promotional image | If configured, a promotional image appears alongside the referral section to encourage sharing. |
Rewards history
Section | Description |
|---|---|
Reward history | Displays recent loyalty activity such as credit redemption, discount codes used, referral rewards, and tier upgrades or changes. This section appears whenever any Loyalty feature is enabled and is always shown. |
What is the difference between the Customer Portal Rewards page and the Rewards landing page?
Customer Portal Rewards page
The Customer Portal Rewards page is part of the customer portal and is only visible to logged-in customers. It is automatically created when any Loyalty feature such as Credits, Tiers, or Referrals is enabled. This page is personalized for each customer and allows them to view their rewards, redeem credits, generate discount codes, access their referral link, and view their rewards history.

Rewards landing page
The Rewards landing page is a storefront page that promotes your loyalty program. It is typically created as a custom page on your Shopify storefront and can be viewed by anyone, including prospective customers. Unlike the portal page, it is not personalized and is primarily used to explain how the program works and highlight the rewards customers can earn.
