The Tiers and Rewards customer experience may appear slightly different depending on which version of the Customer Portal you are using. The sections below outline how Tiers and Rewards are displayed from the customer’s perspective in each portal version.

You can customize how Loyalty appears in the Customer Portal by going to Skio dashboard > Storefront > Customer Portal > Loyalty settings tab.

Viewing Tier status

Customers can view their Tier status in multiple areas of the Customer Portal.

Customer’s Tier status displays directly on the Customer Portal page.

Viewing Tier progress and benefits
