FAQ
What's the difference between customer audit logs and subscription audit logs?
Customer audit logs track customer-level activities like logins, portal views, and payment method changes across all of a customer's subscriptions. Subscription audit logs track changes to a specific subscription, such as plan modifications, status changes, and administrative updates.
Can I export customer audit logs?
Yes. Click the download icon in the top-right corner of the Customer audit logs table to export the log data.
Why don't I see subscription changes in the customer audit log?
The customer audit log focuses on customer-level activities and authentication events. To see subscription-specific changes like plan updates or status modifications, view the subscription audit log on the individual subscription page.
What does "Login code sent" mean?
This event indicates that Skio sent a passwordless login code to the customer's email address so they could access their customer portal. Multiple entries may appear if the customer requested the code more than once.
