What is the Orders page?

The Orders page provides a comprehensive view of all subscription and one-time orders placed through your Skio-powered store. You can search, filter, and access detailed information about each order to manage your subscription commerce operations.

To access, navigate to the Orders tab from the main menu.

Orders page overview

The Orders page overview. Click into an order to see the Order Details page.

The Orders page displays:

  • Order #: Unique identifier for each order (clickable link to order details)

  • Date: Order creation date

  • Customer: Customer name and email address

  • Total: Order total amount

  • Items: Number of items in the order

  • Order type: Tags indicating Subscription and/or Recurring status

Filtering orders

Use the filter dropdowns at the top of the page to refine your order list.

Subscription type filter

  • All: Display all orders regardless of subscription status

  • Subscription: Show only orders associated with active subscriptions

  • One time: Show only one-time purchase orders

Order type filter

  • All: Display all orders regardless of order type

  • First order: Show only initial subscription orders

  • Recurring order: Show only recurring subscription orders

Searching orders

Use the search bar in the top right to find specific orders by:

  • Order number

  • Customer name or email

Viewing order details

View in Shopify: Click the button in the top right to open the order in your Shopify admin for additional management options

Click any order number to open the detailed order view, which includes:

Items section

  • Product image and name

  • Variant details

  • Order type tags (Subscription, Recurring)

  • Price and quantity

  • Link to view associated subscription

Summary section

  • Products subtotal

  • Subtotal

  • Shipping cost

  • Taxes

  • Discounts applied

  • Total amount

Payment Method section

  • Payment card type and last 4 digits

  • Expiration date

Customer information

  • Customer name and email

  • Billing address

  • Shipping address

  • Link to view customer profile

Notes section

  • Any customer notes associated with the order

Additional Context section

  • Order type

  • Related subscription IDs (clickable links)

Activity section

  • Order Activity Log and history
