What is the Customer Management page?

The Customer Management page gives you a high-level view of all customers in your Skio store. From here, you can search, sort, and click into a customer's profile for deeper insights.

Customer table overview

The customer table includes the following fields for each customer:

  • Email: The customer's primary contact email.

  • Name: If provided, the customer's full name.

  • Membership tier: The loyalty or membership tier (if applicable).

  • Active subscriptions: Number of current, active subscriptions.

  • Lifetime orders: Total number of orders across all time.

  • Total spend: Lifetime spending, including one-time and recurring purchases.

You can sort or search using any column, or use the search bar to look up a specific email, name, phone number, or customer ID.

To export the full customer table, click the download icon in the top right.

What happens when you click into a customer?

Clicking a customer row in the table opens their Customer Profile, where you can view and manage details related to subscriptions, orders, referrals, and more.

Key sections in the customer profile

  • Contact: View or edit the customer's email, phone number, and birthday.

  • Addresses & Payment methods: These sections populate after a customer makes a purchase.

  • Actions: Use Magic login to access the Customer Portal as the customer, or View in Shopify to jump directly to the Shopify customer record.

  • Total spend: The customer's all-time spend total.

  • Credit balance: How many store credits (in dollars) the customer has. You can edit or sync tier here.

  • Referral code: Shows any referral code assigned to the customer and how many customers they've referred.

Order history and audit logs

  • Orders: Displays the customer’s order history, including subscription and one-time purchases.

  • Customer audit logs: A timeline of actions associated with the customer profile, including subscription updates, address changes, and system-triggered events.

FAQ

What does it mean if a customer has 0 subscriptions and $0 spend?

This typically means the customer was created but has not completed a purchase or started a subscription. They may have been added manually or through an integration.

Can I manually update a customer's membership tier or credits?

Yes. In the Credit balance card, click Edit or Sync tier to make changes.

What is Magic login?
