What is the Activity Log in Skio?
The Activity Log provides a detailed, time-stamped record of all changes made to your Skio account settings. It shows which team member took what action and when, helping you audit internal changes, verify updates, and troubleshoot issues with confidence.
To access the Activity log, navigate to the left-hand menu in your Skio Dashboard, and then go to Tools > Activity Log.
What’s included in the activity log?
Each log entry includes:
User: the team member who performed the action (by their email address)
Log type: the category of change
Date and time: when the change occurred
Summary: a brief description of what changed
Use the Log type dropdown or the Date range picker to narrow down results.

How is this different from audit logs?
The Activity Log tracks internal account-level changes like things your team updates inside the Skio dashboard.
Audit Logs, on the other hand, provide a detailed record of customer actions such as pausing, skipping, or updating their subscriptions. Audit Logs include event types, timestamps, and are tied to specific subscriptions and storefront users.
You can find Audit logs for customers by clicking on View audit log at the bottom of a Subscription Card in Subscription Management, or by clicking into an individual customer in Customer Management.

In the lefthand menu of your Skio dashboard, go to Subscription Management. On an individual subscription, you can find the link to View audit log under the Subscription information section.
Can I export activity logs?
Yes. Click Export Logs in the upper-right corner of the Activity Log page to download a CSV file of the current view.
