The Loyalty Analytics page provides insights into your loyalty program performance, including credit issuance, redemptions, order data, and customer engagement trends.

Accessing Loyalty Analytics

Navigate to Loyalty Analytics from your Skio Dashboard by selecting Loyalty from the main navigation menu.

The Loyalty Analytics page has two main tabs:

  • Credits: View credit-based loyalty program data including outstanding credits, redemptions, and rewards

  • Tiers: Analyze tier-based loyalty program performance including active tier customers, revenue by tier, and tier distribution

Date Range and Comparison

  • Date range: Select the time period you want to analyze using the date picker in the top left

  • Compare to period: Choose a comparison period to see how metrics have changed over time

Use the dropdown menu in the top right to filter by Net Sales or Gross Sales.

Tiers Overview page

The Tiers Overview section provides insights into your loyalty tier program performance, showing customer distribution across tiers and revenue impact during your selected date range.

  1. Active Tier Customers: Total number of customers who are currently placed in any tier level.

    • Timeline chart: Displays the trend of active tier customers over the selected date range

    • Tier breakdown: Shows the distribution of customers across each tier level (e.g., Silver: 7 customers, 100%)

  2. Loyalty revenue: Total revenue from orders placed by customers in any tier level during the period.

    • Percentage of total revenue: What portion of all revenue came from tier customers (shown as percentage and dollar amount with progress bar)

    • Orders: Number of orders placed by tier customers

    • Total revenue: Combined revenue from all order types

  3. Revenue from subscription orders: Revenue from recurring subscription orders placed by tier customers during the period.

    • Percentage of loyalty revenue: What portion of tier customer revenue came from subscription orders (shown as percentage and dollar amount with progress bar)

    • Order count: Number of subscription orders from tier customers

    • AOV: Average order value for subscription orders from tier customers

  4. Revenue from one-time orders: Revenue from one-time orders placed by tier customers during the period.

    • Percentage of loyalty revenue: What portion of tier customer revenue came from one-time orders (shown as percentage and dollar amount)

    • Order count: Number of one-time orders from tier customers

    • AOV: Average order value for one-time orders from tier customers

  5. Redeeming customers: Percentage of all customers who redeemed credit discounts during the period.

    • Percentage and count: What portion of customers used credits (shown as percentage with customer count)

    • Loyalty investment: Total dollar value of credits redeemed

    • Revenue generated: Total revenue from orders where credits were redeemed

Daily active count

The Daily Active Count chart visualizes the number of active tier customers on each day during your selected date range. This helps you track tier membership trends and identify patterns in customer engagement over time.

  • Date range toggle: Switch between viewing your selected date range or the last 365 days

  • Tier breakdown: Each tier level is represented by a different color (e.g., Silver shown in pink)

  • Stacked view: When you have multiple tiers, the chart stacks them to show the total active tier customers and the distribution across each tier level

  • Daily tracking: Each bar represents one day, showing how many customers were in each tier on that date

Tiers order breakdown

Toggle between different views: Overall (combined metrics for all order types), Subscriptions (subscription-specific order data), and One-time orders (one-time purchase data)

  • Tier: The loyalty tier level (including "No tier" for customers not in any tier)

  • Orders: Total number of orders placed by customers in this tier

  • Customers: Number of unique customers in this tier who placed orders

  • AOC (Average Order Count): Average number of orders placed per customer in this tier

  • AOV (Average Order Value): Average dollar value per order for this tier

  • Revenue: Total revenue generated by customers in this tier

  • ARG (Average Revenue Generated): Average revenue per customer in this tier
