Accessing Loyalty Analytics

Navigate to Loyalty Analytics from your Skio Dashboard by selecting Loyalty from the main navigation menu.

The Loyalty Analytics page has two main tabs:

  • Credits: View credit-based loyalty program data including outstanding credits, redemptions, and rewards. See Loyalty Analytics: Credits.

  • Tiers: Analyze tier-based loyalty program performance including active tier customers, revenue by tier, and tier distribution.

Date range and comparison

  • Date range: Select the time period you want to analyze using the date picker in the top left.

  • Compare to period: Choose a comparison period to see how metrics have changed over time.

Tiers Overview

The Tiers Overview section provides insights into your loyalty tier program performance, showing customer distribution across tiers and revenue impact during your selected date range.

  1. Active Tier Customers: The total number of customers placed in any tier level as of the end of your selected date range.

    • This is scoped to the end of the date range you select, not a live "as of today" count.

  2. Redeeming Customers: The percentage of active tier customers who redeemed a credit discount or tier reward during the period.

    • The denominator is your tier customers as of the end of the period, but the numerator includes any customer who redeemed, whether or not they're in a tier. Because of this, the percentage can run higher than you'd expect for your tier population specifically; it's capped at 100%.

  3. Loyalty Revenue: Total revenue from orders placed by customers in any tier level during the period.

    • A customer's tier is determined by the tier they were in at the time of the order, not their current tier.

    • Orders with no tier attached aren't included in this total.

  4. Revenue from Subscription Orders: Revenue from recurring subscription orders placed by tier customers during the period.

  5. Revenue from One-time Orders: Revenue from one-time orders placed by tier customers during the period.

    • Revenue from Subscription Orders and Revenue from One-time Orders always add up exactly to Loyalty Revenue.

Revenue by tier

Analysis of how each loyalty level contributes to total sales over time.

  • Shows daily revenue broken out by tier, using the same at-order-time tier attribution as the summary cards above.

  • A "No tier" segment only appears on days where orders without a tier attached actually occurred; it isn't shown by default.

  • Toggle between Current date range and Last 365 to change the window for this chart. This only affects this chart, not the summary cards or table elsewhere on the page.

Orders by tier

Tracking purchase frequency and order distribution across member tiers.

  • Shows the daily number of orders broken out by tier, using the same tier attribution and "No tier" behavior as Revenue by tier.

  • The Current date range / Last 365 toggle here is also scoped to this chart only.

Daily active count

Daily snapshot of active members interacting with the loyalty program.

  • "Active" here means the customer is currently placed in a tier that day, not that they have an active subscription.

  • Tier breakdown: Each tier level is shown in a different color, stacked to show total active tier customers and the distribution across tiers.

  • Toggle between Current date range and Last 365, scoped to this chart only.

Tier orders breakdown

Granular breakdown of AOV, purchase frequency, and lifetime value per segment.

Toggle between Overall (combined metrics for all order types), Subscriptions (subscription-specific order data), and One time (one-time purchase data). This uses the same order-type split as the equivalent toggle on the Credits tab.

  • Tier: The loyalty tier level. A "No tier" row appears only if orders without a tier occurred in the selected period.

  • Orders: Total number of orders placed by customers in this tier during the selected date range.

  • Customers: Number of unique customers in this tier who placed orders during the selected date range.

  • AOC (Average Order Count): Orders divided by customers for this tier.

  • AOV (Average Order Value): Revenue divided by orders for this tier.

  • Revenue: Total revenue generated by customers in this tier during the selected date range.

  • ARG (Average Revenue Generated): Revenue divided by customers for this tier.

All figures in this table are scoped to your selected date range, not lifetime.
