The Loyalty Analytics page provides insights into your loyalty program performance, including credit issuance, redemptions, order data, and customer engagement trends.
Accessing Loyalty Analytics
Navigate to Loyalty Analytics from your Skio Dashboard by selecting Loyalty from the main navigation menu.
The Loyalty Analytics page has two main tabs:
Credits: View credit-based loyalty program data including outstanding credits, redemptions, and rewards
Tiers: Analyze tier-based loyalty program performance including active tier customers, revenue by tier, and tier distribution

Date Range and Comparison
Date range: Select the time period you want to analyze using the date picker in the top left
Compare to period: Choose a comparison period to see how metrics have changed over time
Use the dropdown menu in the top right to filter by Net Sales or Gross Sales.
Credit Overview

The Credit Overview section provides a snapshot of your loyalty program's credit activity and financial impact during your selected date range.
Export Credit Balances: Download customer credit balance data
Export Order Credit Rewards: Download order-level credit reward data
Credits Outstanding: Total credit balance currently held by all customers across your loyalty program.
Outstanding value: Dollar value of all outstanding credits
Customer count: Number of customers with credit balances
Allocated discounts: Number of discount codes allocated
Credits Expiring End of Month: The total amount of credits that will expire at the end of the current month based on your credit expiration settings.
Expiring credit value: Dollar value of credits set to expire
Affected customers: Number of customers who will lose credits
Credits Rewarded in Period: Total credits awarded to customers during the selected time period.
Customer count: Number of customers who received credits
Order count: Number of orders that generated credit rewards
Credits Redeemed in Period: Total credits used by customers as discounts on orders. This represents the realized value of your loyalty program.
Customer count: Number of customers who redeemed credits
Order count: Number of orders where credits were applied
All Orders: Total revenue from all orders during the period, including both orders where customers redeemed credits and orders where they didn't.
Subscription orders: Percentage and revenue from subscription orders (displayed as a progress bar)
Customer count: Number of unique customers who placed orders
Order count: Total number of orders
AOV: Average order value across all orders
Redeeming Orders: Total revenue from orders where customers used credits to apply discounts during the period.
Percentage of total orders: What portion of all orders included credit redemption (shown as percentage and dollar amount)
Subscription orders: Percentage of redeeming orders that were subscription orders
Customer count: Number of customers who redeemed credits
Order count: Number of orders with credit redemption
AOV: Average order value for redeeming orders
Non-Redeeming Orders: Total revenue from orders where customers did not use any credits during the period.
Percentage of total orders: What portion of all orders had no credit redemption (shown as percentage and dollar amount)
Subscription orders: Percentage and count of non-redeeming orders that were subscription orders (displayed as a progress bar)
Customer count: Number of customers who didn't redeem credits
Order count: Number of orders without credit redemption
AOV: Average order value for non-redeeming orders
Credits daily interactions

Interactive chart showing daily credit activity over your selected date range.
Toggle between viewing:
Current date range: Selected time period
Last 365 days: Full year view
The chart displays:
Type: Credit interaction type (Rewarded, Redeemed, Expired)
Credits Rewarded: Credits issued in the date range
Credits Redeemed: Credits used in the date range
Credits expired: Credits that expired
Credit Count: Number of credit transactions
Credit Value: Dollar value of credits
Customers: Number of customers involved
Engagement rate: Percentage of customers engaged
Orders: Number of orders associated
Revenue: Revenue impact
Order Type Breakdown

Summary table comparing:
All orders: Combined metrics
Redeeming orders: Orders with credit redemption
Non-Redeeming orders: Orders without credit redemption
Metrics include:
Customers: Number of unique customers
Orders: Total order count
Revenue: Total revenue generated
AOV: Average order value
Redemption Insights

Redemption Source: Donut chart showing where customers are when they redeem credits. No data displayed if no redemptions occurred.
