Referral Activity

In your Skio Dashboard > Loyalty > Referrals, use the Activity tab to monitor all referral activity across your store and identify your highest-value referrers. You can search by email, referral code, discount code, or Shopify order ID.

Date range and comparison

At the top, you can set a custom date range and optionally compare metrics to a previous period. This helps you evaluate performance trends over time.

Total Referral Orders

Shows the total number of orders that came through referral links during the selected period. It’s split into:

  • Subscription orders

  • One-time orders

One-time Referral Revenue

Displays the total revenue generated from one-time orders placed through referral links.

Subscription Referral Revenue

Shows the total revenue from subscription orders made via referral links.

Referred Customer LTV (Lifetime Value)

Calculates the combined lifetime value of referred customers, including:

  • Total orders

  • One-time revenue

  • Subscription revenue

Discounts Claimed

Breaks down the total value of discounts used through the referral program:

  • Referred customer discounts claimed

  • Referrer discounts claimed

  • Referrer discounts unclaimed (earned but not yet used)

Also shows a percentage change compared to the previous period.

Referral Funnel

Visualizes how customers move through the referral journey:

  • Viewed Banner: Number of users who saw the referral banner.

  • Viewed Checkout: Number who reached checkout from a referral.

  • Placed Order: Number who completed a referral-linked purchase.

This helps you spot drop-off points in the referral process.

Daily Referral Orders

This line chart visualizes the number of referral orders per day within the selected date range. It’s segmented by:

  • One-time orders

  • Subscription orders

Use this to spot referral order trends over time and identify spikes or drop-offs in activity.

Top Referrers

This section shows a ranked list of your top 100 referrers, based on the total number of successful referrals. For each referrer, you can see:

  • Email (used to identify the customer)

  • Number of referrals

  • Total revenue generated from their referred customers

Use the search bar to find specific referrers by email.

This leaderboard helps you recognize your most valuable advocates and target them for rewards or outreach.
