Skio is the subscription platform your favorite brand uses behind the scenes. We're not the store you purchased from.
Because we provide the backend technology, we can't directly access or manage your subscription. However, we're here to point you in the right direction.
How to manage your subscription
To update, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription, you'll need to manage it directly in the store or contact the store you purchased from directly. Here's how:
Log in to your customer portal: Most stores using Skio provide a self-service portal where you can manage your subscription yourself. Look for a link in your order confirmation or subscription reminder emails (often labeled "Manage Subscription" or "Customer Portal").
Contact the store's support team: If you can't find your portal link or need additional help, reach out to the store's customer support directly. They'll be able to assist with any subscription changes, billing questions, or order issues.
