Address changes should always be made directly in Skio (either through the Customer Portal or Skio Dashboard) if they need to take immediate effect for upcoming orders.
When an address is updated in Shopify, it won't sync back to Skio until after the next order processes. This means if a customer updates their address in Shopify right before their next shipment, the order will still ship to the old address.
Best practice: Update addresses in Skio to ensure changes apply immediately to the next scheduled order.
