You can export a full list of your subscriptions, including active and inactive, directly from the Skio Dashboard. Exports are delivered to an email address you provide, in either CSV or JSON format.
Before you start
You'll be asked to enter an email address where the export file will be sent.
If you want a complete subscriber list, make sure Include inactive subscriptions is enabled and that your date filters aren't excluding records unintentionally.
Each row represents one subscription line, not one subscription. Since subscriptions can contain multiple products (lines), the total number of rows will not equal your total subscription count.
Step 1: Navigate to Data Export
In the left-hand menu of your Skio Dashboard, go to Tools > Data Export.
Step 2: Enter your email and select a file format
Enter the email address where you want the export sent, then select your preferred file format: CSV or JSON.
Step 3: Select the export type and configure your filters
Select Subscriptions as the export type, then set any combination of the following filters, or leave them blank to export all subscriptions without restrictions.
Created at date range: Filter by when the subscription was created. Leave blank to include all subscriptions regardless of creation date.
Next billing date range: Filter by upcoming billing date. Leave blank to avoid excluding subscribers based on their next charge.
Include active subscriptions: Enabled by default. Uncheck only if you want inactive subscriptions exclusively.
Include inactive subscriptions: Disabled by default. Enable this to include cancelled and paused subscriptions in the export.
Filter products: Select one or more products to narrow the export to specific items. Leave blank to include all products.
Step 4: Export
Click Export subscriptions. The file will be sent to the email you entered.

What's included in the export?
The subscriptions export includes one row per subscription with key fields such as:
Subscriber name and email
Subscription status (active, paused, cancelled)
Product name and variant
Billing interval and next billing date
Subscription created date

FAQ
Why does my export show fewer records than expected?
This is almost always caused by a date filter being too restrictive. The most common culprit is the Created at date range as if it's set to a short window (e.g. the last 30 days), any subscriptions created outside that range will be excluded.
To get a complete export:
Clear or widen both the Created at date range and Next billing date range fields.
Make sure both Include active subscriptions and Include inactive subscriptions are enabled.
Leave the product filter blank unless you need a specific subset.
How do I view or re-download a past export?
Click Job history from the Data Export page to see a log of all past exports. Each entry shows the export type, the date it was run, and who created it. You can re-download any previous export directly from this view.

Can I export subscriptions for a specific product only?
Yes. Use the Filter products field in Step 3 to select one or more products. Only subscriptions tied to those products will appear in the export.
How long does the export take?
Most exports are delivered within a few minutes. Larger datasets may take slightly longer. Check your spam folder if the email doesn't arrive within 5–10 minutes.
Can I schedule recurring exports?
No, this isn't available yet. You'll need to return to the Skio Dashboard and manually run a new export each time.
