How to search and use the Help Center

The Skio Help Center is your go-to resource for documentation, troubleshooting guides, and product updates. This article walks you through how to quickly find the information you need.

Searching for an article

Use the search bar at the top of the Help Center homepage to find articles. Enter a keyword, feature name, or question, and results will appear as you type.

  • Use specific terms (for example, "Cancel Flow" instead of "cancellation")

  • Try different keywords if your first search does not return what you need (for example, "swap product" vs. "product swap")

  • Search using feature names as they appear in your Skio dashboard

Browsing by topic

If you aren’t sure what to search for, you can browse by category from the Help Center homepage:

You can also Browse by Dashboard Location where articles are organized by where the feature lives in your Skio dashboard (e.g., Settings, Storefront, Retain), making it easy to find documentation for a specific page you're already working in.

Discovering recent and popular content

The Help Center homepage also highlights:

  • Recently modified articles: Content updated with the latest information

  • Recently created articles: New documentation added to the Help Center

  • Most viewed articles: Popular resources frequently referenced by other users

These sections are helpful if you are looking for commonly used guides or want to stay up to date with recent changes. They are located at the bottom of the Help Center homepage.
