Why do my subscription details in Shopify orders look different?

You may have noticed that the Skio subscription details link no longer appear directly below a subscription order in Shopify. This is due to a Shopify platform update—not a change in Skio—and everything is still working normally.

What changed?

Previously, Skio subscription details were visible directly below the order in Shopify's admin through a simple View Subscription link. After a recent Shopify update in February 2026, those details are now in a collapsible section that may display additional line-item properties, such as a dynamic box ID.

How to view subscription details in Skio from the Shopify order

Because of a recent Shopify update to the order UI, you may see subscription line item details but no subscription link. To access the subscription in Skio, open the order in your Shopify admin and click the hyperlinked Frequency to open it in Skio. You can also expand the collapsible section underneath to see additional line-item details.

Click on the Frequency hyperlink to open up the subscription in Skio from your Shopify order.

I don’t see the Skio subscription link on my order anymore, is it broken?

Because of the recent Shopify update to the order UI, you may see subscription line item details but no subscription link. To access the subscription in Skio, expand the toggle to find the Subscription link.
