Before you start
You'll need access to your Shopify Admin to make the edits on this page. These settings are managed in Shopify, not in the Skio Dashboard.
Design changes to the checkout order or flow aren't possible — Skio uses Shopify's standard checkout and can't modify its structure.
Why Skio uses Shopify's native checkout
Skio routes all subscription purchases through Shopify's native checkout rather than an external flow. This gives you several advantages out of the box:
Better analytics: UTM tags work normally, so your attribution data stays accurate.
Consistent branding: Shoppers stay on your store's URL throughout checkout, which builds trust and reduces drop-off.
Simplified operations: No need to duplicate products or discount codes. Refunds and customer service all happen within Shopify.
More payment options: PayPal and other Shopify-supported payment methods are available by default.
Optimized checkout design: Shopify has iterated on its checkout UX for years. You get that reliability without any extra configuration.
Note: Because Skio uses Shopify's native checkout, design changes to the checkout order or layout aren't supported. The customizations below are limited to copy edits.
Subscription disclosure
Shopify displays a subscription disclosure below the Pay now button at the end of checkout. This notice informs subscribers that their payment method will be charged automatically at the price and frequency shown, and links to your cancellation policy. It can't be removed, but you can edit the cancellation policy it links to.
