Skio Analytics uses specific terms to help you understand subscription performance and customer behavior. Here are quick definitions for the most common metrics and statuses for Average Values:

AOV (Average Order Value): The average dollar amount of each subscription order, shown as Gross (before discounts), Net (after discounts), or Total Sales (including shipping and taxes).

LTV (Lifetime Value): The total subscription revenue generated by a cohort divided by the cohort size.

ARG (Average Revenue Generated): The total average revenue generated per subscription (same as LTV in most dashboards).

AOC (Average Order Count): The average number of successfully processed orders per subscription or subscriber in a cohort.

MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue): An estimate that normalizes all subscriptions to a monthly value regardless of their actual billing frequency, calculated as: subscription price × (30 ÷ interval days).
