Skio Analytics uses specific terms to help you understand subscription performance and customer behavior. Here are quick definitions for the most common metrics and statuses for subscription statuses:

Active: A subscription that is currently live and will process orders on its scheduled billing dates.

Failed: A subscription that entered dunning after a payment attempt was unsuccessful and is in the retry cycle.

Paused: A subscription temporarily stopped by the customer or merchant with no orders processing until resumed.

Cancelled: A subscription terminated by the customer, merchant, or automatically after all payment retries failed.
