You can view a complete log of all events Skio has sent to your connected integrations, including delivery status and event data. This helps you troubleshoot issues, verify that events are firing correctly, and understand what customer data is being synced to external platforms.
What is integration event history?
Integration event history provides a detailed audit trail of every event Skio sends to your connected third-party tools. Each event log includes the timestamp, customer information, subscription details, event type, and delivery status. This visibility helps you:
Confirm that critical events (like subscription updates or cancellations) are reaching your external systems
Troubleshoot integration issues by reviewing failed or delayed events
Audit what customer data is being shared with each platform
Verify that custom configurations or triggers are working as expected
Event history is available for all Skio integrations that support event-based syncing, such as Klaviyo and Postscript.
