What is the Subscription Management tab?
The Subscription Management tab is your control center for all customer subscriptions in Skio. It displays subscriptions in a visual card-based layout where you can:
View upcoming billing dates and order history
See which products are in each subscription
Access customer details and portal links
Make quick changes to subscriptions with actions like cancel, skip, pause, or merge subscriptions
This page helps you quickly resolve issues, edit subscriptions, and manage churn in one place.
How to access subscription data
Step 1: Navigate to Subscription Management
In the lefthand menu of your Skio Dashboard, go to Subscription Management > Subscriptions

Access individual subscription cards by navigating to Subscription Management from the lefthand menu of your Skio Dashboard.
Each subscription card displays:
Next billing date: when the customer will be charged next
Status: current state of the subscription (Active, Paused, Canceled, etc.)
Frequency: how often the subscription recurs (e.g., every 2 weeks) and how many orders have already been completed
Order summary: products included, quantities, and price
Timeline: subscription start date and most recent order and a link to view the subscription history
Customer info: email, name, and shipping address
You can search by email, name, phone number, or subscription ID. Use the status tabs to show only Active, Paused, Failed, 3DS Error or Under Review subscriptions.

FAQ
Can customers skip or swap products on their own?
Only if those actions are enabled in your Portal Settings. You can adjust these settings under Customer Portal > Portal Settings or CPv3 Settings, depending on your version.
What happens if I override a product's price?
The override only affects that specific subscription going forward. It doesn't impact other customers or your product catalog.
What's the difference between Magic link and Portal link?
Magic link: lets you log into the customer portal as the customer (no password needed)
Portal link: the URL you can share with the customer so they can manage their subscription directly
Learn more about when to use the magic link or the portal link here.
What's the difference between merging and splitting subscriptions?
Merge: combines multiple subscriptions into a single subscription with one billing date
Split: separates products from one subscription into multiple subscriptions with different billing cycles
How do backup payment methods work?
Backup payment methods provide a fallback option when a primary Payment Method fails. You can add and manage these for customers to reduce failed charges and improve retention.
