What is the Loyalty settings tab?
The Loyalty settings tab controls how your loyalty program appears in the customer portal. Configure program visibility, upload brand logos for balance cards, and manage customer access to loyalty features. Use these settings to customize the loyalty experience and control program rollout.
Loyalty Program Visibility
Toggle loyalty program visibility in the customer portal. Only users in the setup lists will be able to see the loyalty program while in setup mode.
Show loyalty program: Toggle to show or hide the loyalty program in the customer portal.
Hide loyalty from customers with these tags: Enter customer tags to exclude specific customers from seeing the loyalty program. Press enter to add a tag.
Show referral card above one-time carousel: Toggle to display the referral card above the one-time product carousel.
Brand Logo
Upload a logo to go on the balance card for your loyalty program. The card will appear on the Subscriptions and Loyalty pages.
Accepted formats: SVG, PNG, JPG, or GIF (max 2MB)
