No. The swap option will not appear in the Cancel Flow for Build-a-Box subscriptions. This applies to all box types, Static, Dynamic, and Sectioned.
We recommend using one of these treatments instead:
Offer a discount: Apply a one-time or ongoing discount to their next order
Skip or delay: Let them push their next order out without cancelling
Pause: Give them a break without losing the subscription entirely
