If you are using Shopify's New Customer Accounts feature, you will need to add Skio's customer portal link to your account pages. This step-by-step covers adding a "Manage Subscriptions" link to the main navigation of your New Customer Account pages.
Steps:
Go to your Store's dashboard
Go to your published theme's customizer
- Under Sales Channels, click "Online Store"
- Your published theme will be at the top with "Current theme" tag, click "Customize"
From the top navigation, click "Checkout and customer accounts"
Within the same navigation, under "Customer Accounts" click "Profile"
In the left sidebar, select "Header"
Customize your customer account navigation menu by clicking on the pencil icon within the navigation selector
This is the navigation that is connected to the header element on your customer account pages:Add a menu item with the the URL "/a/account/shopify-login". This URL ensures that the customer is auto-logged in to their Skio account if they're logged in to your store's customer account. The label is usually set to "Manage Subscriptions".
