FAQs

Why does forecasting value change when using the dashboard on different days?

  • Our queued metrics are based on the subscriptions next billing date as of the day you're looking at the dashboard.
  • Over time, subscriptions will have their next billing date changed due to cancellations, entering a failed payment state, or changing the date via a skip.

I used the forecasting dashboard and it's not matching the recurring revenue or orders processed, why is that?

  • The forecasting dashboard provides queued metrics based on the day you view the dashboard and multiple factors can impact the next order date and its value such as skips, adding a product, or removing a product in a subscription.
