This count will include subscribers that cancelled in the date range, but not before the date range started.
- Created in date range: This is the count of all new subscribers who were created in the date range that didn’t previously have a subscription. - Avg subs per customer: This is the average number of active subscriptions per subscriber in the date range.
- Avg products per customer: This is the average number of active product subscription lines per subscriber (not per subscription) in the date range.
-

- Avg products per sub: This is the average number of active product subscription lines per subscription in the date range.
-
Products: This is the total count products in active subscriptions in the date range at one point.Â
- Created in date range: This is the count of all new product subscription lines created during this period from new subscriptions created at checkout, splitting subscriptions, creating new subscriptions manually, and adding additional products to an already active subscription. The metric is counting individual product subscription lines created.

FAQs
What are the Total orders and revenue metrics?
- With our latest dashboard update, Skio now displays all orders and revenue from your Shopify store including both one-time checkout purchases and subscription orders. You can now see how much of your total store revenue comes from subscription orders directly in this dashboard without needing to use Shopify analytics.
- The subscription order count and subscription revenue is also provided so you can compare the revenue and order count per product from subscriptions and one-time customers.
Do you have net revenue metrics?
- Yes! By default, our dashboards show gross revenue before additional discounts, shipping, and taxes are applied. In the top right corner of the dashboard, there is a toggle for discounts, shipping, and taxes; each one can be toggled on and off individually.Â
What is the product distribution by order count graph?
- This table breaks down each product and gives the percentage of subscriptions that had that product in an order in the date range broken out by the order count number and revenue totals for each subscription per product.
- The distribution helps you gain insight into each product's revenue and order count broken out by where a subscription is in their post-purchase order cycle.
How does the Activated and Added columns differ in the products table?
- Activations is the count of subscriptions created with this product whereas Added is the count of subscriptions that added this product in the date range post-checkout to their subscription.
