Overview
When viewing a product, merchants can limit one-time upsells to a quantity of one per subscription.
Limiting one-time upsell quantities on the products page
To enable this option, a merchant will need to navigate to the Products tab under Tools in the Skio dashboard. Once there, you'll need to find the specific product you'd like to make the change to. Depending on how many products you have on your storefront, you can also use the search bar at the top of the page to find the exact product you're looking for.
Once you're in the specific product page, you'll see a block at the top titled "Customer portal customizations" which houses all of the tools needed to quickly update the settings for a product's one-time upsell eligibility. To limit quantities to one, you'll want to first make sure the product's "Product eligible for one-time upsell" option is toggled:

Once it is, you'll need to check the box that specifies "Limit customers to a single one-time upsell in subscription" and save the updated settings by clicking the Save Changes button in the top right corner of the page.
