What is included in theme work?
If your store is new to subscriptions, our Launch team will work with you / your developers to set up the Skio Plan Picker on your store's Product pages for products that include a "subscription" purchase option. If you are migrating from an existing subscription platform, our team can also be sure to match the design of your existing "Subscription" widget. Please note that any additional design / functional updates are out-of-scope for our typical Launch process, and would need to be discussed with the Sales team prior to getting started on your store's Skio integration.
Does this include further theme work for life?
To ensure that we are focusing on making the core subscription experience the best it can be, we cannot offer lifetime theme work and customizations as your store changes and grows. If any issues come up immediately after integration / migration with your theme, please direct these requests to either to migrations@skio.com for the Shopify developer who worked on your launch / migration. After that please direct any issues that you think may have been caused by changes Skio made to help@skio.com and we will support you.
I need to make changes and I don't have resources. What should I do?
We have been working on ensuring that we have a strong list of partners who we trust, who understand Shopify and Skio, and who can be, or supplement your team when you need code changes. Please reach out to partners@skio.com and we can gather your requirements and make a few introductions to help you find the best partner.
