Overview: 

What is it?

The billing window can be set by going to Skio Dashboard > Account > Settings > Billing & Orders

If an order falls outside the billing window for the day it's on, it will be processed during the next billing window.

How to edit the billing window:

When setting up the billing window please follow the below steps:

  1. Select the days you want to have your billing window open
  2. Set a start and end time for the billing window
  3. Select your local timezone, or the timezone most of your customers are in
  4. Hit the green save button in the top right corner of the screen once all changes are made

Please note: If all days are deselected, billing will be paused until a selection is made and saved.

FAQs

How does this affect notifications?

Our system of notifications will take billing windows into consideration when sending notifications. Example, If a subscription is set to bill on Friday but your billing window is only open Monday-Thursday, the soonest that subscription could bill is Monday morning. So, the notification will be sent based on the Monday billing.
