Outline:
Overview
- Exports allow you to download a CSV of all subscriptions, orders, or audit logs within a time range.
How do I set it up?
- Go to your Skio Dashboard
- Click on Subscriptions on the left-hand menu
- Click Export on the top menu
- Select the type of export you want to receive and enter your email
- Click Export and wait to receive the CSV in your inbox (timing can vary depending on how large the export is).
Export options
You can choose to export either active subs or inactive subs.
- Active subs: Will include subscriptions in dunning. See Dunning for more information.
- Inactive subs: Will include cancelled subscriptions and paused subscriptions. See Pausing Subscriptions for more information.
Subscription exports
The export will produce one row for each subscription line. Because it is possible to have multiple products (lines) on one subscription, the total number of rows will not equal the total number of subscriptions for your store.

Order exports
This export will produce one line for each order in the selected time period. This will include all recurring and new subscription orders. Each order will be one line in the file and includes the order number, total price, user email, and more.
Audit log exports
The export allows selected audit log events to be downloaded as a CSV file. This will contain the date of the event, the event type (what was selected on the export page), the user email, the subscription ID, and when the subscription was created.
