Dashboard Overview
- This dashboard is designed to provide data on forecasting including a 30- and 90-day forecast for your upcoming subscription orders per day and per product
- The metrics on this dashboard are exportable
- This dashboard is helpful for forecasting revenue/orders as well as quantity of units for inventory purposes
Data questions this dashboard answers
- How many units of each product should I expect to process in the next 30 days? 90 days?
- How much revenue, orders, and units of product should I expect to process in the next 30 days? 90 days?
- How much revenue, orders, and units of product should I expect to ship on specific days?
Things to keep in mind:
2. Skio uses gross revenue which is the total price charged before taxes, shipping, and additional discounts (non-subscribe and save)
3. Forecasting assumes no change in subscriptions such as new activations, cancellations, skips, or changes to next billing dates
4. Free gifts, including Surprise & Delight, will be included to help for inventory forecasting
Revenue Forecasting
Metrics:
Queued Revenue: The sum of revenue expected for the next 30/90 days, assuming no change in subscriptions. This total includes additional cycles that go beyond just nextBillingDate.
- This value can be toggled for 30 days and 90 days
Queued Units: The sum of quantity of products expected for the next 30/90 days, assuming no change in subscriptions.
- This value can be toggled for 30 days and 90 days
Queued Orders: The sum of subscription orders expected for the next 30/90 days, assuming no change in subscriptions.
- This value can be toggled for 30 days and 90 days
Forecasting Graph
Graph Description:
- This graph provides daily forecasting for 30- and 90-day metrics (depending on the toggle used)
- The product filter at the top of the page can be used to filter for specific product variants
- In the top right corner of the graph, you can choose to look at forecasting for revenue, quantity of units, and orders per day
- Hovering over a daily column provides the value for that day
1. The export includes a 90 day forecasting; filter to project out just the 30 days
2. Each row is a product subscription line (product included in a subscription) per day

subscriptionID
is how we group together product subscription lines into each subscription; use the unique count of subscriptionID
to find the number of orders queued (Note: Since a subscription can only have 1 order per day, when filtering for the unique count per day this matches the order total for that day; userEmail
also works)4. The sum of the
quantity
column provides the queued units metric5. To sum of
lineTotal
column provides the queued revenue metricForecast by products table
Metrics:
Product: The product title; this value may appear as multiple rows if there are multiple variants or SKUs associated with this product title.
Variant: The variant title; this value may appear as multiple rows if there are multiple SKUs associated with this variant title.
SKU: The product SKU; this value may be blank if there are products without SKUs and it may repeat if the same SKU is used for multiple products or variants.
Queued Revenue: This is sum of revenue queued for this specific product; the value changes with the 30/90 day toggle.
Queued Units: This is sum of quantity of units queued for this specific product; the value changes with the 30/90 day toggle.
Queued Orders: This is sum of orders queued that include this specific product; the value changes with the 30/90 day toggle.
