Skio Analytics uses specific terms to help you understand subscription performance and customer behavior. Here are quick definitions for the most common metrics and statuses for dunning:

Entered Dunning: A subscription moved into failed payment status and entered the retry cycle.

Recovered: A subscription in failed status that successfully processed a payment and returned to active status.

Actively Cancelled: The customer manually cancelled their subscription while in dunning, before all retry attempts were made.

Passively Cancelled: The subscription was automatically cancelled after the final billing attempt failed without customer action.

Recovered Revenue: The total subscription revenue generated from orders that successfully processed after a subscription recovered from failed status.
