User Permissions refer to the settings that allow store owners and administrators to control access levels for team members and users within the Skio Dashboard, determining what actions they can perform.

Subscription Management refers to the processes and tools used to oversee customer subscriptions, including billing, renewals, and modifications.

SkioSMS is a feature that enables merchants to send SMS notifications to subscribers regarding their subscriptions, allowing for direct interaction and management through text messages.

Cancel Flow is a feature in Skio that helps you reduce churn by presenting targeted offers—like discounts, pauses, or product swaps—when customers attempt to cancel their subscription.

Smart Upsell is a feature that allows merchants to create and manage upsell campaigns within Skio, encouraging customers to add additional products to their subscriptions.

Selling Plans are configurations within Skio that determine how products are sold in subscriptions, including pricing, intervals, and eligibility for upsells.

Quick Actions are links you can include in emails or SMS that let subscribers manage their subscriptions—like skipping a delivery, updating payment details, or swapping products—without logging into the Customer Portal.

Payment Recovery is a dunning feature that recovers failed payments and reduces involuntary churn. Configure when and how often failed payments retry before they fail permanently. Enable Smart Retries to automatically optimize your dunning schedule based on when your payments are most likely to succeed.

Journeys is a feature in Skio that allows merchants to create automated workflows that guide subscribers through various actions and interactions over time.

The Customer Portal is an interface that allows subscribers to manage their subscriptions, including options to pause, modify, or cancel their subscription plans.

Shipping Profiles are configurations that determine how shipping is managed for different subscription products, allowing for tailored shipping options.

Exports in Skio allow merchants to download data related to subscriptions, orders, or audit logs in CSV format for analysis and reporting.

Bulk Operations is a feature in Skio that enables merchants to perform mass updates on multiple subscriptions simultaneously, streamlining subscription management.

The Activity Log is a record of all changes made within the Skio Dashboard, providing transparency and tracking of user actions and subscription modifications.
