What are Skio’s email notifications?
Skio includes built-in email notifications for key subscription events. These one-way alerts keep your subscribers informed about upcoming orders, shipping updates, payment issues, and more at no additional cost.
You can customize the content, timing, and sender information for each email notification, or route them through Klaviyo for advanced segmentation and personalization.
How do I customize notifications in Skio?
Step 1: Open the Notifications page
In your Skio Dashboard, go to Tools > Notifications.
Select any notification to edit. To enable a notification, click on the toggle
at the top of each notification page.

Step 2: Review and edit email notifications
Emails are sent from your Skio email address.
You can customize the subject line, content, and timing for each email.
To change your Skio email address, reach out to support@skio.com.
Step 3: Preview and enable
Use the preview section to see how your message will appear to subscribers
Toggle the notification on to enable it
Check sending history to see if specific customers have received the notification
If you want an email to send through Klaviyo instead, disable the notification in Skio entirely to avoid sending duplicate messages.
