What is Klaviyo Helpdesk?
The Klaviyo Helpdesk integration with Skio allows support agents to view and manage customer subscriptions directly within Klaviyo Helpdesk. This helps teams handle common subscription requests without leaving the Helpdesk interface. Once connected, agents can see a customer’s active subscriptions and take supported actions such as sending an order now, skipping an upcoming order, or canceling a subscription.
Before you start
This integration supports common subscription management actions, but not full subscription configuration.
Available actions depend on the subscription’s state.
For example, if the next charge is within 24 hours, some actions such as editing the subscription may be temporarily unavailable.
How to set up the integration
To set up Klaviyo Helpdesk with Skio:
In Klaviyo, navigate to Customer Hub under the Service dropdown.
Open the Extensions section.

Scroll down to the Subscriptions section and select Skio from the dropdown menu.
Add your Skio API key.

Save your changes.
After setup is complete, subscription data will appear in Klaviyo Helpdesk tickets for customers with Skio subscriptions.
Managing subscriptions in Klaviyo Helpdesk
When viewing a Helpdesk ticket for a customer with subscriptions, agents will see a dedicated Subscriptions section within the ticket.

From this section, agents can:
View active subscriptions and upcoming charge information
Send now to immediately process the next order
Skip the upcoming subscription order
Cancel the subscription
