# How to restrict a product to subscription-only purchases

## Overview

There may be products in your store that you want customers to only be able to purchase on a recurring basis. To ensure that it isn't possible for customers to purchase a product as a one time order, follow this guide

## Remove "One Time Purchase" Option

1. Go to the Products page in your Shopify Admin (admin.shopify.com/store/your-url-here/products), and navigate to the specific product.
2. Scroll down on the Product page in the Shopify admin to the "Purchase Options" section.
3. Check the box that says "Only show this product with these purchase options".
4. Click "Save" at the top of the page to save the change.

Once this change is saved, Shopify will not allow the product to be purchased without a selling plan attached, and the Skio Plan Picker will no longer render the "One time purchase" option.
