Email Analytics Reports give you a recurring snapshot of your subscription business, delivered straight to your inbox. Instead of logging into the dashboard to track performance, you get the key numbers pushed to you automatically on a schedule you choose.
What's included in the report?
Each report covers the metrics that matter most for understanding whether your subscription business is growing or declining:
Subscription revenue: Total revenue for the period and month-over-month change
Active subscriptions: Total active count and net growth (new minus cancelled)
Revenue and subscriber trends: Six-month trend charts for revenue and active subscriber count
Skio impact: Cancel flow save rate and payment recovery rate
Churn and retention: Monthly churn rate, total cancellations, and top three cancellation reasons
Top products: Top three products by subscription revenue and top three cancelled products

Step 2: Configure recipients
Under Who should we email?, choose one of the following:
Store Owner: Sends only to the store owner account.
Everyone with Analytics access: Sends to all users with analytics permissions.
Select specific users: Choose individual recipients. You can manage permissions anytime from the Permissions page.

Step 3: Configure frequency
Under Frequency, enter a number in the Send every field and select Days, Weeks, or Months from the dropdown. Then, set a Starting from date to anchor the recurring schedule.

Each report covers the full period since your last report, based on the frequency you set. For example, a monthly report covers the prior calendar month.
Step 3: Test and save
Click Send e-mail test to preview the report in your inbox, then click Save. Reports will send automatically on your configured schedule.
How do I unsubscribe from Email Analytics Reports?
Every report includes an unsubscribe link in the footer. Clicking it removes you from future sends. You can also disable reports entirely by returning to the configuration panel and toggling off Enable email reports.
