# Does the product swap option work with Build-a-Box subscriptions in the cancel flow?

No. The swap option will not appear in the [Cancel Flow](/help/docs/getting-started-with-cancel-flows) for [Build-a-Box](/help/docs/build-a-box) subscriptions. This applies to all box types, [Static](/help/docs/static-build-a-box-setup-guide), [Dynamic](/help/docs/dynamic-build-a-box-setup-guide), and [Sectioned](/help/docs/sectioned-build-a-box-guide).

We recommend using one of these treatments instead:

- **Offer a discount**: Apply a one-time or ongoing discount to their next order
- **Skip or delay**: Let them push their next order out without cancelling
- **Pause**: Give them a break without losing the subscription entirely
