# Compatible apps and integrations

Skio works seamlessly with the tools you already use to run your business. This page lists all compatible apps and integrations across analytics, email, helpdesk, loyalty, marketing, and more.

## How Skio integrations work

Skio offers two types of compatibility:

- **Full integration**: A direct connection between Skio and the app, enabling data sync and automated workflows. These integrations require setup through your Skio dashboard.
- **Compatible (no integration needed)**: The app works with Skio out of the box without requiring additional configuration within Skio's Integrations tab. These apps typically interact with Shopify data that Skio updates automatically.

## How do I set up an integration?

If an app shows **Full integration** in the compatibility column, you'll need to connect it through your Skio dashboard.

1. In the lefthand menu of your **Skio Dashboard**, navigate to **API & Integrations** > **Integrations.**
2. Find the app you want to connect.
3. Click **Enable** and follow the prompts to authorize the integration.
4. Configure any additional settings as needed.

Once connected, data will sync automatically between Skio and the integrated app.

### Integration FAQs

#### What's the difference between "Full integration" and "Compatible (no integration needed)"?

**Full integration** apps connect directly to Skio and require setup through your dashboard. These integrations enable two-way data sync and automated workflows.

**Compatible (no integration needed)** apps work with Skio but don't require a full integration. For support with these apps, check out the third-party app's documentation.

#### Can I request a new integration?

Yes. If you'd like Skio to integrate with an app that's not listed here, contact our support team with details about the app and how you'd use the integration. You can also learn more about becoming a partner [on our website here](https://skio.com/partners)!

#### What does "Coming soon" mean?

Apps marked as **Coming soon** are actively in development. These integrations will be available in a future release. Check back regularly or reach out to support for updates on timing.

#### Do integrations cost extra?

Skio doesn't charge additional fees for integrations. However, the apps you're connecting to may have their own pricing. Check with each app provider for details on their pricing structure.
