# Activity Log

## What is the Activity Log in Skio?

The **Activity Log** provides a detailed, time-stamped record of all changes made to your Skio account settings. It shows which team member took what action and when, helping you audit internal changes, verify updates, and troubleshoot issues with confidence.

To access the Activity log, navigate to the left-hand menu in your **Skio Dashboard**, and then go to the **Account menu > Activity Log**.

## What’s included in the activity log?

Each log entry includes:

- **User:**the team member who performed the action (by their email address)
- **Log type:**the category of change
- **Date and time:** when the change occurred
- **Summary:** a brief description of what changed

Use the **Log type** dropdown or the **Date range** picker to narrow down results.

## How is this different from audit logs?

- The **Activity Log** tracks internal account-level changes made by your team within the Skio dashboard.
- **Audit logs** track actions taken on subscriptions and by customers in your Skio Dashboard. They provide a complete activity history to help you troubleshoot issues, verify changes, and understand customer behavior.

Skio offers two types of audit logs:

- [**Subscription audit logs**](/help/docs/subscription-audit-log): Track actions taken on a specific subscription, such as pausing, skipping, updating the next billing date, or changing subscription items.
- [**Customer audit logs**](/help/docs/customer-audit-logs): Track actions taken by a customer, such as logging in to their Customer Portal, updating payment methods, or modifying their subscription settings.

Audit Logs include event types, timestamps, and are tied to specific subscriptions and storefront users.

## Can I export activity logs?

Yes. Click **Export Logs** in the upper-right corner of the Activity Log page to download a CSV file of the current view.

The Activity Log is a record of all changes made within the Skio Dashboard, providing transparency and tracking of user actions and subscription modifications.

User Permissions refer to the settings that allow store owners and administrators to control access levels for team members and users within the Skio Dashboard, determining what actions they can perform.

Selling Plans are configurations within Skio that determine how products are sold in subscriptions, including pricing, intervals, and eligibility for upsells.

A One-Time Upsell is an additional product offered to customers, intended to increase the average order value without requiring a subscription.

SkioSMS is a feature that enables merchants to send SMS notifications to subscribers regarding their subscriptions, allowing for direct interaction and management through text messages.

Cancel Flow is a feature in Skio that helps you reduce churn by presenting targeted offers—like discounts, pauses, or product swaps—when customers attempt to cancel their subscription.

Exports in Skio allow merchants to download data related to subscriptions, orders, or audit logs in CSV format for analysis and reporting.

Journeys is a feature in Skio that allows merchants to create automated workflows that guide subscribers through various actions and interactions over time.

The Customer Portal is an interface that allows subscribers to manage their subscriptions, including options to pause, modify, or cancel their subscription plans.
